Prescribed ("we", "us") is maintained by a small team in Bengaluru, India. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit prescribed.co.in or place an order, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it. Please review this policy before using the site.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, shipping address, email, and phone number needed to fulfil it. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners — we do not store card numbers on our servers. When you browse the site we receive standard log data (IP, browser, pages visited) through Shopify and our analytics providers.
How we use it
To process orders, communicate about them, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new editions. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email in one click.
Who we share it with
Shopify (checkout, hosting), our shipping carriers, and the email/analytics tools we run the business on. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account by writing to hello@prescribed.co.in. We respond within 30 days.
