Every notebook is inspected before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
Email a photo of the parcel and the item to hello@prescribed.co.in within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Change of mind
Unused, unmarked notebooks in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged by you; the refund covers the product amount.
Non-returnable
Written-in notebooks, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
