Shipping

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our studio.
• Domestic delivery: typically 3–6 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns

• Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Email us first at support@prescribed.co.in with your order number.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
